Password

After years of using Core FTP, it's no longer recognizing my password. I get this error message:

20 Serv-U FTP Server v6.4 for WinSock ready...
USER HECmaster
331 User name okay, need password.
PASS **********
530 Not logged in.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and still get the same error message. I've checked and double checked and everything is typed in 100% correct. Does anyone have suggestions to resolve this??

Account password has likely expired. Contact your web host provider or server administrator to have it reset.
