How Do I Uninstall Core FTP LE?

Help! I cannot uninstall this application from the Control Panel 'Uninstall Program' section, because it does not appear within the list of installed programs - yet I can still run it from the start menu. I tried uninstalling it from the Start Screen (windows 8.1) but that does not work either. How do I get this off of my laptop?
