How do I get started back on a new computer?

On my old computer, I had a Core FTP Lite icon on my desktop.
The icon doesn't appear on my new computer.
I just downloaded a Coroe FTP LE.
How could I fill out the Site Manager?
Is there a good tutorial on that somewhere on the Web?
