it appears a virus has crashed my computer and I have to reinstall the factory setup which means I have to reinstall all my programs
so for Coreftp LE is there a file stored on my computer which Coreftp LE uses (like an .ini file) to remember and receive all the settings to log in to the ftp sites?
I am afraid I won't be able to remember all the logins and password
I can copy files from my PC via dos prompt - HELP HELP

You would have needed to make a backup file. In more recent versions of Core FTP, it prompts you to create one.
If you haven't created a backup file manually (right clicked on the list of sites in the Site Manager, export), then the only hope would be a restore of the computer.
Another possibility would be if the user was using file based storage (view -> options -> data -> config file options)... This would allow retrieval of site information also.
