Error - 'can't establish connection'-6 day error!HELP

Hi

Have been using CORE FTP lite for 2 years now with no problems.

However since Friday have not been able to connect to upload additional material to website.

The error I get is:

Can't establish connection --> 209.62.36.3:21 @ Tue May 17 15:53:50 2011 (0-5)"

I don't know what to do to fix it. I am using Windows Vista so not sure if that has something to do with it (although have always used vista!).

Please help. I am not a tech head so plain English would be appreciated

usually it means the server is down.

If you can connect to another FTP server (ie: ftp.coreftp.com) then the other server is most likely down, and you would need to contact that server's administrator to get it resolved.
