"move files" loses files?

Has anyone else ever had files just disappear after moving them with core ftp le? After I upload my files to the server, I like to move them to a "completed folder" on my system. I had an older version of core ftp and this always worked well. But I just downloaded the most recent version and when I drag multiple files to the completed folder (from a folder on my computer TO a folder on my computer) it asks me "move files?" I click "yes" and then when I open the folder they went to, only the first in the batch is there, the rest are nowhere to be found. I uninstalled and reinstalled core ftp and still have the same issue.

They were being moved to the wrong directory, the fix is in build 1692 and greater.
