Resume :Invalid Restart offset

Hi...I am new to FTP and have been downloading from a FTP site set up for me to download from using Core FTP ...My friend has put a 4.10GB iso file on his site for me to download...Now I have downloaded 3.83GB but then my connection broke ....upon reconnection I am now getting a "501 Invalid Restart Offset" message when I try to RESUME the download....
Does this mean I have lost the ability to finish my download....or is there a way to get the rest of the file... Thanks MK

If you still have the log, post it here. It might be that the server cannot handle resumes over a certain threshold.

A reminder, if the server is using FAT32 (instead of NTFS), the file limit size will be 4 GB.
