strange figures while transferring a file

After transferring small index.htm, next 2 lines show some figures before the name e.g.
MDTM 20110814155444 index.htm
550 220110814155444 index.htm. No such file or directory

But the transfer was ok.
What can this mean?

It means the server doesn't support MDTM updating. It's ok to ignore this error.
