Pre-Upload scripting issues

Hey guys,

We're trying to set up an automated process to upload encrypted files to an external endpoint.
We got the actual gpg scripting working when we run it manually, however when we run it through core FTP as a pre-upload script nothing seems to be happening.
The files aren't getting encrypted and nothing is being uploaded.
It's like the script isn't being run at all.

Can anybody point us in the right direction as to how we can go about sorting this out ?

use "runas" or psexec to specify the account you setup under.
