Core FTP Server & PGP encryption with PGP Key

We host our ftp site in house and use the Core FTP server setup for our clients. Some of our clients are now requiring us to use PGP Encryption with PGP Keys. Is there a way to set this up using our Core FTP Server setup?

The reason to use PGP is so nobody but the intended end user can access a file because it is encrypted.

PGP shouldn't be used on the server, its essentially removing the security it provides.
