Cannot navigate my website directgory

Post by DiggerDawson »

I changed providers for my website to VentraIP (VentraIP took them over). When I setup Coreftp to the new site, it connects using TLSv1.2 and shows some folders, but I cannot open these folders. The VentraIP tells me it's a Core problem. I've been using Core for years without problems.

your log will need to demonstrate the error when trying to navigate to the directory in question. There are no obvious errors in this portion of the log.
