build 713 port binding issue

Hi there,

Just upgraded to build 713 of CoreFTP Server. Upon reboot, service starts but port 21 binding fails (netstat -ano shows no process binding port 21). If I manually restart the service, it works and port binds. Not sure what's going on.

Just tried doing Automatic (Delayed Start) on service start. Seems to have worked. I'll give it another couple reboots to see.

If updating from a 1.2 build, you may need to check the "IPv4" option in the domain setup.
