Edit Files

I have just installed Core and when the option was what action I wanted when double clicking on a file, I mistakenly must have chosen open the page, when I actually want to be able to edit the page. Can someone please tell me how to change the option when I double click on the file to allow me to open in with notebook to edit the page. Thank You in advanvce

add the extension of the file and notepad.exe
