How do I refresh the content of my folders while in CoreFTP?

I can't find a reference anywhere to how to refresh. To date when I have updated a file I have had to exit from CoreFTP and then login again which is pretty annoying.

I am sure there is something simple I am overlooking.

Right click on the remote directory, select "refresh".

Or click on the button that looks like two arrows in a circular motion.
