First Time Uploading

Hi,

I have just downloaded Core FTP Lite and need to upload three separate videos. Do I need an index.html doc for each? Do I connect to a new site for each upload, or a new category?

As you can see from the above I am very new to this and need quite a bit of help. Is there a tutorial I can look at?
