Core FTP

I have run coresvr.exe under Windows2003-32bit,the coresvr.exe use more and more memory until you restart the coresvr.exe.

I don't know if it is the same at Windows 64bit.

and I used the version 682,is it the lastest?

build 683 has fixes that should address SFTP memory leak issues.
