What controls creation of CORE_FTP.LOG file?

Hi - In the group I work with, we upload files to a counterparty every few days. A few months ago something changed where we no longer get a file written into the "upload from" folder. The log file: CORE_FTP.LOG used to get created there automatically, and recently it hasn't. Can anyone tell me what configuration setting controls if and where the CORE_FTP.LOG file gets written to? Thank you.

I was able to get an answer to my question separately, so I'll just update this entry.

Global Settings - Transfers - Brings up a form with a checkbox "Log Transfers to file:" and a text box. we name it "f:\CORE_FTP.LOG1"
