I NEED HELP ASAP, PLEASE

everytime i try to creat a new file or edit a file, this happens

[b]552 STOR: notice: quota reached: used 2147483647 of 512000 upload files [/b]

its never happened to me and i need help BIG TIME. my index file doesnt show up because i think thats the last file i edited.
my host is yakkel and my web site is
sparklyts.yakkel.com

iv already contacted my host too but so far i have no replies
