Multiple Connections with Same User?

I have a process that connects to a Core FTP server 20 times simultaneously using the same account. We are using an unlicenced product and it says the max users is 2. I do not see any field to modify this parameter. I have adjusted the max connections and IP fields, but it useless if I can not modify the users field. Any suggestions?

Will purchasing the license eliminate this error from occuring. We have no problem purchasing the license if it will resolve the "Too Many Users" error. Thanks.
