Core FTP

I am using this command: "c:\Program Files\coreftp\coreftp.exe" -O -ssldirect -site IMMTrac_Submit -u -newest \\sql1\NextGenRoot\Prod\EMR\ImmTrac\Send -p /submit -output c:\temp\submit_output.log -log c:\temp\submit_log.log or "c:\Program Files\coreftp\coreftp.exe" -O -ssldirect ...

The actual command that I used is:
"c:\Program Files\coreftp\coreftp.exe" -O -ssldirect IMMTrac_Submit -u -newest \\sjsql1\nextgen\prod\emr\immtrac -p /submit -output c:\temp\output.log -log c:\temp\log.log

I have written a command line script for uploading/downloading files by calling a profile that works manually with a unique port (990). When I run the script, it always connects usning port 21, instead of 990.

Please advise how to fix this.
