Core FTP

I have always used Core FTP to upload my website to the net..but it's not working this time...I've done my changes to the webpage like dates and stuff and when I go to upload there is no changes to the webpage...it says *no transfers* what am I doing wrong?? the user name and password are correct......

Help !! I try to upload a website to change it and there is no change..I've never had this problem before...I've always been able to add or delete something on my website then go to Core FTP and upload the site for change..now nothing happens...it says *no transfer*...why??
